Herbert Rollo Morgan (March 21, 1875 near Medford, Minnesota – June 11, 1957)[1][2][3] was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1898-1899 season. During the season he was a sixth year student.[4]

While at Virginia he worked at the McCormick Observatory, where he published observations on the orbit of Saturn's moon Encedalus.[5] After graduation he worked at various observatories, including serving as the director of the Morrison Observatory in Glasgow, Missouri[6] and the US Naval Observatory.[1] He concluded his career at Yale University, where he prepared the N30 Catalog, which provided data on the motions of 5,268 stars.[3]
